How this site researches and reviews legal information

The purpose of each page is to help a reader identify the next factual or legal issue without overstating what a public record or general rule can prove.

Primary sources come first

Legal propositions are checked against current Utah Code pages when available. Safety rules and carrier records are checked against FMCSA sources. Utah crash data and road information are checked against UDOT, the Utah Highway Safety Office, Utah Highway Patrol, or local government records.

Corrections and updates

Pages display a site review date. Material corrections should be made when an official source changes, a citation no longer supports the text, or a factual error is identified. The corrected page should state only what the replacement source supports.

Advertising and conversion copy

Calls to action describe the intake process and do not promise representation, compensation, speed, or a legal outcome. Testimonials, ratings, and case results are not used unless they are real, documented, and approved for compliant publication.
